AN ESTABLISHED CANADIAN EQUIPMENT COMPANY
CanLift Equipment was established in 2009 and remains a proud Canadian, family-owned company that operates out of the Dorchester/London area with a head office in Burlington. What began as a focused lift equipment business has grown to support customers with equipment rentals, sales, service, parts and other relevant solutions.
Our continued growth has included expanding our equipment offering, service capabilities and team to support customers across a range of needs, industries, and applications.
We believe transparency matters when customers are deciding who to work with, which is why you can learn more about CanLift’s history, locations and leadership team through our About Us page.
EQUIPMENT THAT’S INSPECTED AND READY FOR THE JOB
When equipment is needed for a project, availability is only the first consideration. Customers also need confidence that the machine they receive has been properly maintained and prepared for use.
CanLift’s rental equipment is supported by qualified technicians with ongoing maintenance and comprehensive inspection procedures. Our existing equipment processes include quarterly inspections which are reinforced by pre-delivery checks before equipment leaves the yard.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT WHEN EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED
A rental or equipment purchase shouldn’t necessarily be the end of the relationship. Equipment can require maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting or parts support, and downtime can affect project productivity.
CanLift provides both on-site and in-shop service through its road and shop technicians, with support available to a broad range of makes and models. Our service capabilities are designed to help customers address equipment needs throughout the life of their rental or ownership experience.
We also provide parts support and customer service resources to help customers find the information and assistance they need. Whether the requirement involves scheduled maintenance, a repair, replacement parts or general equipment support, customers have access to a team that truly understands the equipment.
TRAINING AND JOB-SITE SAFETY SUPPORT
Proper equipment operation depends on more than the machine itself, for safe use operators need the knowledge and practical understanding required to use equipment appropriately.
CanLift offers training in areas including aerial lift safety, forklift operation, fall protection and more. Depending on the course, training can include theory, practical instruction and evaluation components, along with supporting documentation and certification materials. Training requirements vary by equipment type, job site and workplace, which is why customers should always confirm the training and qualifications appropriate to their specific application.
CLEAR POLICIES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU BUY
Customers should be able to understand important details before committing to an equipment rental or purchase. CanLift maintains dedicated information covering warranties, returns and exchanges, shipping and payments, and customer support. Rather than burying these details within a transaction, we make our policies available for customers to review. We want customers to understand what happens before, during, and after any transaction with CanLift.

CONTINUED INVESTMENT IN EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE
An equipment company’s ability to support customers depends in part on its continued investment in evolving fleet capacity and operational capabilities.
In 2026, CanLift announced a multi-million-dollar fleet investment that added more than 180 units to support growing infrastructure and project requirements. Alongside fleet growth, the company continuously invests in technician training, manufacturer-led certifications and diagnostic capabilities.

CanLift’s team includes experienced professionals across the departments of sales, rentals, service, parts, operations and customer support.
